This section logs the budget scheduled after distribution of allocations, as well as make financial adjustments to appropriations items, transfers under the resolutions of transfers during the current fiscal year are recorded the amounts expended under the orders of exchange and deducted from the budget of the University of items allocated to it and record accounting adjustments in the records of the university.
